EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We offer Free Returns.
We are happy to exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sale items are final sale. Rhié is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 10 days upon receipt of items.
We offer three ways to return your purchase:
1) You may email us at email@example.com for a return label
2) If you are based in New York City, you may return or exchange items at our flagship store location in the West Village: 283 West 11th Street, New York, NY 10014, please call in advance before dropping off at (212) 239-0810
Our drop-off hours are Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm
3) Or you may use your own shipping account after emailing us to notify us of your return at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if you use your own shipping method you are also responsible for all delivery costs and duties if applicable.

If you would like to make an exchange for another item with a different price, we will contact you via email regarding the difference in the amount due or to refund if applicable and process accordingly.
Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the items. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
