We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide.
Due to Covid precautions, our shipping courier sometimes experiences some delays. Please be prepared to receive shipments that may have a 1-3 day delay.
Online orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We process shipments from NYC, and availability of products are not guaranteed as our system updates. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Residents of New York State will have state tax on their purchase (8.875%).
Expected arrival time for US orders is 2 days from the ship date. If a shipping address is within the tri-state area, we will ship via ground, which is a faster delivery of 1 day.
For international express orders, expected arrival date is 2-5 days from the ship date, depending on the delivery location. If your location is more difficult to reach, it may take closer to 5 days. For orders shipping outside of the USA, a customs duty will be calculated at check out, depending upon the country in which you reside.
