RETURN POLICY
We are happy to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sale items are final sale. RHIÉ is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 10 days upon receipt of item.
We offer two ways to return your purchase! You may email us at info@rhiestudio.com for a return label and the delivery costs will be automatically deducted from your refund, or you may use your own shipping account. Please note that if you use your own method you are also responsible for all delivery costs. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping.
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from NYC, and availability of products are not guaranteed as our system updates. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Customer will receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%). Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 5-7 days from the order date. For orders shipping outside of the USA, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.
